SnD is one of those modes I can only play when I need challenges completed.

I only play HC SnD with the regiment,usually play Dom in reg mode if its just me noone else plays regs.lol

I like the Striker a lot but it really is pretty garbage until you get the second barrel attachment. Prior to that I found the recoil to be pretty unmanageable. There's a reason it has so many attachments that focus on recoil control.

Part of the reason I like it is that it's made me consider a different setup than normal. Since it's an smg, I really wanted to keep either Quick Fix or EOD and hold onto Dead Silence, but the damn thing has like no ammo. So I'm running Fully Loaded whereas I typically don't bother with a weapon perk outside of maybe Focus.

Played Shoothouse 24/7 last night to Gold the UMP (Striker) and Grau.

If you're not trying to farm longshots or mounted kills and don't mind spawn flipping, there are usually 2-3 easy kills of folks on the bench/wall that are oblivious to anything from the flanks. Coming down from the stairway at the office leads to some great easy headshots as well.

My first ever solo win (in solo’s)! From when there were 30 people left until the end, my heart was pumping out of my chest.

I got incredibly lucky with the way the circle closed in.

Missing a shot with the rocket from that close has made me rework my classes Lmao

You don't have to Gold any of the DLC guns (Striker, Grau, VLK, Crossbow, Ranetti ECT ECT) to get plat for that class, so just Gold the bare boned base guns if you want Plat ASAP.

You do, however, have to unlock gold on the DLC weapons if you want to use that weapons Platinum skin.

Uzi is great, IMO, and an overlooked gem of a kind; its two unlocks like the Orion barrel take it from protective to pusher.

Finally got around to levelling launchers while gold-camo'ing most shotguns and the crossbow; biggest news is having embraced the suck that is the riot-shield. I largely still don't like it but once you get over the learning curve and set-up to run it, the battlefield response on display of seeing guys run away has had me in tears laughing. Perking for E.O.D. is a must, no ifs about it; you will be eating C4 and a Molly at every meal.

At time of writing I'm only four Skull camos away from its gilding and I'm going to log in here for a bow when I do. The ride has been hell. Brother Thrawn knows and his recent successes had motivated me to place that iron in the fire.

You will survive 1 out of every 3-5 engagements while trying to piece together three-man streaks for Skulls; what bitter agony it is to bag two, only to get clipped before the third. While the itch to draw a weapon never lessens, most challenges to incl. executions, buzzkills, and even two-man k/s aren't as bad as they read. The homestretch is doing my head in though. If we've k:d players here, I'd go ahead and contact your local morgue for any necessary arrangements because this gold is a mental mistress.

This might be a stupid question but I’m buying MW tomorrow and only for it’s multiplayer. Not so much the campaign and definitely NOT for Warzone.
My question is, the MP is still stocked with players, in all game modes, and no fear of dying out in the next 6 months, right ?

Fear not, ma dawg. Not a stupid question. A Cold War follow-up is in the works but this title is absolutely popping (MM is fast by both crossplay and PS4-only parameters + you'll have PS exclusive Survival (Spec Ops) access) and don't get me started on how top-to-bottom a return to form this is for the series; the MW playerbase isn't going anywhere, especially for modes you like with TDM, Dom, HQ. Season 4 launches in some 48h so this is a very nice time to dive in. The water is just fine if not a little red.
