Modern Day Jobbers

You gave 2 good examples. Bo Dalls and Zack Ryder are literally never on TV, I watch every RAW and Smackdown and never see them.

Bo got killed by Brock on Raw right after SummerSlam and wrestled Orton a couple weeks ago.

Yea, twice in 4 months, he is a jobber. Rollins/Bray/Cesaro types are not jobbers even though they lose a lot. They have matches with storylines, jobbers are there for squash matches and that's all.

Old School Jobbers:
We never given a mic
Their TV entrances were never televised
Never in feuds
No flashy outfits

exactly that,

guys that you did not even remember their names

yokozuna vs Jobber :)

These points mean nothing!

Brooklyn Brawler got on the mic once in a blue moon, had an entrance, had a feud at one point, or another, and certainly had an "outfit".

Even Barry Horowitz had his patented self-pat-on-the-back gimmick!

That's not entirely true. I remember a couple jobbers from when I was kid pretty vividly.

Some jobbers just stay with you over the years. The two Barrys above are prime examples of that.

Everyone Cena beats according to the Internet.

The meaning of "jobber" has changed so drastically, why even use it anymore? Unless in some sort of specific context, eg "Kane is a jobber to the stars".

Can you just go with the flow, Brah!?

Split hairs much!?

Well, if you are John Cena, everybody is a jobber. It's a matter of perspective.

Yes but RAW and Nitro changed the game, back then the main event was Mr Perfect vs Van Van Horn, thats not acceptable now on any match of the program.

Kinda sad that some lucha legends like the Villanos were probably the only old school jobbers in the monday night wars era.

Thunder and Satirday Night were another deal, they did have alot more old school match making .

Heath Slater hasn't won a match in over a year I think. Adam Rose almost never wins, and when he does it isn't televised

Jobber is such an outdated role. Along with squash matches. Wrestling would be better off if both were removed (even though Lucha Underground did do a better job than most with jobbers and squashes).

Quite a few NXT women are jobbers. I also really remember
Colin Delaney.

The current crop of losers in the WWE are not jobbers. Jobbers are not supposed to get offense in.
