Personally, I drew the line at paying $15 per month for the privilege of paying $80 per ppv. Now I occasionally find a sports bar somewhere, but for the most part, I'm over staying up till 1am on the east coast.

I had continued to watch UFC for 10+ years since the first gay woman fighter fought in the UFC and even when gay lesbians hug and kiss in the cage. I was also ok with Bud Light sponsoring UFC for years in the past too.

But with Bud Light returning to the Octagon after that one trans dude Instagram, I will now boycott the UFC.

Hello Bellator!

Oh wait, they also have gay lesbians? Oh shit, even the NFL had those two gay dudes one time. Ok, I'm going to stop watching all sports.

Yeah, it's weird. You would have had to watch a Dylan Mulvaney video to see the ad. We truly are the snowflake generation.

Anyone brushing this under the rug as a non issue has their head in the sand. I have had three friends say they plan to take a break from UFC because of it. These are hardcore fans who actually buy the PPVs. I get why Bud Light wants this. Its a clear attempt to gain back its lost consumers. But from the UFC's side this seem dumb as hell. A couple years from now when people have calmed down, sure. But doing it now is simply dumb. And Dana going after the haters is equally dumb. All moves lead to lost revenue here.

This seems like a prime opportunity for other MMA orgs to pick up some viewers.

Ughhh, ok, come at me bros…it’s absolutely the cost of the subscription. I pay it, I’m doing well, and how can I bitch about fighter pay if I don’t pay for the fights, right? The Bud Light boycott is a perfect example of why Americans are dumb sheep. I cant really have sympathy for corps. like Ann-Busch or even Pfizer, or Endeavor, but here we are…because Americans are dumb. And maybe I’m dumb for buying this shit….but at least I recognize that there’s other people that aren’t like me, and yeah it’s ok. Doesn’t mean I need to boycott something just because they do something nice for person that isn’t like me.

let’s hope that other orgs grow, I agree on that!

cognitive dissonance at it finest right here

Every social media influencer does ad reads. Dylan Mulvaney has tons of other sponsors. It's not even clear what message the boycotters were trying to send. Were they telling trans people to not drink beer? And why only target this one brand? Seems like everyone just switched to another beer owned by the same company since it didn't impact their revenue.

Same. They’re available Sunday morning for free. I can have my coffee and skip all the down time.
