hello all
i made a purchase on mmagearpimp.com on march 26th
and until now its still processing. just wondering if anyone
else had a similar experience with them. thought they
would ship atleast 24 hours after payment.

This is why I only purchase from reputable retailers.

Spend a few more bucks to avoid the hassle.
 
For me personally I allow about 2 business days for stuff to ship. Ideally it should ship next day, but considering the weekend try giving them the benefit of the doubt. Also, try contacting them.

Please let me know your name or order number, as well as the email address that you are trying to email. You can PM me through here or even better, contact me directly at: mmagearpimp@hotmail.com and I will assist. All emails will send you an automated response with instructions, information and further information if you require any further assistance. Are you not receiving these automated responses? If not, they are likely in your spam or bulk folder. Please check there.

In a nut shell, your status will show as "processing" until your order has been picked up by the courier or postal service, but after 48 hours your order details should be updated if there are any problems... You can only view the order details by loging into your account by doing the following:

1. Click on the "My Account" button located at the top right corner of this page.
2. Under the section "My Orders", click on the "Review Orders/Track Packages" link.
3. Now click on the "View or Change Order" button to the right of the order info.
4. All up to date info relating to that order will be listed at the top of the screen under "Order Status" and "Order Comments".

That does explain your interest and feedback regarding a post about a sale at our site. Mika runs a great site and certainly a reputable one. No harm in refering any business there. May I suggest however, that you practice a little professionalism when representing his business, or openly defaming business practices on public forums without fact or details.

Well I do apologise for coming off as aggressive and it was not my intention to bash your company in any way, shape or form.

I understand that there is always going to be human errors with regards to a business, big or small, and sometimes they are unavoidable.

That said, I again would like to apologise for judging the book by it's cover, (We've all heard of stories that have ended in disaster with one party on the losing end) and best of luck to your company as well.

I clicked on Top King on their web site and it brought me to a "page under construction" thing. That is all the looking I did for you though (sorry). I imagine they will, but may not have stock yet?

My friend ordered a new Blue belt from them, paid regular shipping, and got it in 8 days. I just got promoted, ordered the same belt, but I needed it for a tournament, so I paid for the express shipping. The order said "processing" for 2 weeks. I emailed numerous times, to no avail. It finally arrived almost 3 weeks later, keep in mind I paid for the express shipment (which costs more than the belt itself) and my friend got it twice as fast and paid almost nothing.

All of our email addresses will respond with an auto-responder, so you should have received a reply from us with more information. If you didn't see the auto-responder, it is highly likely that your email service provider redirected the auto-respoder to your spam or bulk folder.
