Summary of the Mir interview:

-Doesn't know why Overeem fight got pushed back.
-Blames the unexperienced referee for screwing up the Barnett fight with an early stoppage.
-Says Overeem was winning his last 2 fights until he gassed, doesn't view them as real losses. Says Overeem is a very dangerous matchup for anyone.
-Doesn't feel like fighting in another organization. Even though Frank doesn't feel like hanging em up at this age, getting released by UFC would be a "huge step" towards retirement for Mir.

What did Ricci say about the cut?

He was disappointed, but understanding. He said he wished the UFC would have communicated with him about his recent performances so he'd have a chance to explain himself.

Ricci explained how he felt a sense of urgency in his TUF fights at welterweight, because he was the smaller man. Back at lightweight he didn't have this sense of urgency, and felt like he could cruise and rely on his superior skill set to get the win.

What was really interesting was when he stated he was going to change up his training completely, bring back the animal. Gonna fight very frequently with a finish of every opponent until he's back in the UFC. He sounded very confident, with a strong vision of what needs to happen.
