MMA fighters who can dunk

Both retired I guess, but I remember seeing Carwin dunk in a video at some point, and Alan Belcher had a dunk clip on instagram recently too.

im sure rumble can dunk. also, GSP has enough explosion and athleticism but 5'10' might be a little too short. i wouldnt be surprised if he could, though

GSP has over a 40" vertical leap. He probably could dunk if he knew what basketball was.

does he really? well then im gonna go ahead and say GSP can dunk lol

If I remember right, his standing vert is 40" and with a running start he was able to clear 48"

I would imagine most fighters can or could dunk at one time, it's not that hard. Anyone built like Fitch or Condit with any athleticism should be able to and a lot of guys shorter and thicker can too if they have decent hops...

Dunking and grabbing rim are very dif! As is being able to dunk or grab rim off of one foot or two. Many under and over 6ft tall in life, regardless if athletic or not, can grab rim off of two feet.

others who arent that tall that can probably dunk:

Kevin Randleman
Melvin guillard
Tyrone woodley
Hector Lombard

I have no idea if they can, but they just seem like the type with mad hops. They have really built legs and powerful calves.

Any footage or stories of mma fighters slam dunking?

Had to add in your racism. But its to be expected from Sherdoggers. We all know why you guys REALLY don't like Anderson.

Lets see if anyone beats me to it

Lol, ok, that's funny. But, to be fair, you can tell from that clip that Jon Jones CAN dunk, he just doesn't know HOW. If you want to take off from one leg it's easier to get a running start and take off from at least a step further away. It you want to start from right under the rim it's easier to jump with both feet. He'd get it if he kept trying...
