MMA Fighters 1998 Wrestling Cards (Pics)

I love how Tom Erikson's refers to "No Holds Barred".
Back in those days it was the widely used term for what is now known as mma. I remember my dad buying the first ppv ufc Brazil card and asking me if I wanted to watch "fights with no rules". The good ole days
 
Cool as fuck, great post TS. Gardner was a brute of a man, would of liked to see him take MMA more seriously but he was a little bit and had issues with maintaining weight.
 
Cool thread. I was just thinking about stand out wrestlers from way back. Always wondered how Bruce Baumgartner would have done in NHB.
 
Pretty sure Tito had cards made up in the day...... As per value look at the company if pro sets didn't go bankrupt I'd have it made in the shade off hockey rookie cards

From what I've heard, Bruce was the one guy who always prevented Erickson from reaching the pinnacle of wrestling. I imagine he would have done well in the right camp.
