MM to increase # of meals.

I'm thinking about having some MM between breakfast and lunch, and then between lunch and dinner to increase the # of meals per day, and to make it more convenient. Would you recommend a 1/2 serving or a whole serving?? I'll prolly be mising it with skim milk.
 
I usually have a 2 scoops mixed with water, with a peanutbutter sandwich.
