I know tons of kids that went to Eckerd (D-2), that wish they could have played at St pete community college or Hillsborough community college.

Lol the Angels announcers are fuckin clueless. You can clearly see the ball hit the wall right before it went in the glove from the centerfield angle.

I know Judge has been hitting for a higher average but Bellingoat needs to be getting more coverage. He just hit his 18th homer and didn't play in the majors until the 3rd week of the year.

If Judge wasn't dancing so hard, he'd definitely be the talk of baseball

It is crazy how he's not getting any coverage though, especially playing on the Dodgers. People still care more about Puig

I also think how far Judge is hitting the ball has something to do with it. 495 foot HRs garner more attention - All the baseball writers tweet the clips out. Judge is hitting the ball harder and further then anyone in the game
 
And a few days ago he was eligible to win the triple crown. That's fuckin crazy

At least the bullpen has been great regardless, fully expect Candoval to be cut soon and Devers to skip Triple A like both Benintendi and Moncada did last year.
 
Brewers traded a bunch of damaged goods. Giants gave up one of their top prospects for Will Smith who won't pitch this year because of TJ
 
Dombrowski loves damaged goods. He had the opportunity to rescind the Pomercanz deal after it was made known that the Padres were being shady with their medical records on him, but he chose not to. I guess its probably good that he didn't with the injuries to Price, Wright, E-Rod and now Brian Johnson is headed to the DL. But still giving up one of the best young pitching prospects in baseball for a guy who is barely able to give you 5 innings in his starts is dumb.

I just remembered Smith had a UCL injury last year, not surprised in hindsight now. TT is pretty good but he's always been injury prone outside of last year

Anyways, if anyone is interested in Neftali Feliz (throws up to 100, closer experience, zero red flags any stats you look up are fake news) send a capable player this way

Hes a bum, the anti-Ainge. If you go by Baseball America the Sox would have had 5 of the top 24 prospects in baseball and 7 of the top 43 coming into this year, except DD had traded 4 of those guys. Not that I don't like Sale and Kimbrel, they're both great. But the Shaw move is fucken retarded, maybe he thought Holt could be serviceable if Candoval stunk, or Marco Hernandez would pan out. But none of them have. The Sox scored like 100 more runs then anyone else in the AL last year so i get thinking they could still hit without Big PED, but you gotta think Canley had a good chance of regressing and combining that with the loss of Shaw could be brutal.

For me to be ok with the moves DD has made the Sox would have to be the Astros right now running away with their division. The injuries to the starting pitching and BP aren't his fault, but those things aren't even the teams major problem. Its been the offense, more specifically from the 3rd base spot. And the 3rd basemen they traded happens to be raking. Rafael Devers will probably end up bailing his ass out, but he shouldn't have to be rushed up to the Big Leagues.

Its not like the Sox are in an awful spot, but they need to win a World Series in the next 3 years or DD will become more hated then that pussy David Price.
