Mirko Cro Cop vs. Roy Nelson slated for Bellator 200

Mirko Cro Cop is the latest heavyweight veteran to the sign on the dotted line with Bellator.
On Sunday, the Pride legend hinted that he had struck a deal with the promotion when he posted a picture of the Bellator logo on his official Facebook profile.
On Monday, Bellator announced that Cro Cop would meet fellow former UFC fighter Roy Nelson in London on May 25 at Bellator 200.
Cro Cop has already declared his intention to retire at RIZIN’s 2018 New Year’s Eve show, but his booking against Nelson indicates that he wants to compete more than once this year.
The 43-year-old is on an eight-fight winning streak, recording five consecutive victories with Rizin since his final outing for the UFC — a third-round TKO victory over Gabriel Gonzaga at UFC Fight Night 64.
In his last appearance, he knocked out Japanese legend, Tsuyoshi Kosaka, in the first round of their bout at Rizin FF 9. His most notable win since his UFC exit came at Rizin FF 3 in Dec. 2016, when he scored a second round KO over Muhammed Lawal.
Roy Nelson is 1-1 with Bellator since signing for the organization in 2017. He won a unanimous decision against Javy Ayala in his debut at Bellator 183, but came out of Bellator 194 on the wrong side of a majority decision when he faced Matt Mitrione in his sophomore outing.
