Mir did well, considering.

Holy shit I haven't seen such a delusional idiot as you for a long time. You don't know shit about boxing if you couldn't see he was being majorly carried.

Frank retired from MMA, why do fighters retire? Because they aren't up to the punishment and they don't think they can win anymore. He doesn't need to be scared by why would he sign up just to get KTFO? Cunningham could have taken him out at any point he wanted, it was fucking obvious if you watched boxing for any length of time.

Your post is literal parody. Accuse someone of being delusional then follow up with comical delusional fairy tales. Why would he sign up? For the challenge and money, you muppet. You think pro fighters think they are going to get KO? Enjoy the cope.

He hasn't fought in 4 years and is 44 years old. lol at acting like that's not relevant to his performance.

Sure but its comical when his opponent is almost as old, never had a boxing match and was extremely out of shape. Cope.

Are you still going? Watch some sparring matches and then you'll recognise what sparring looks like because you have no fucking clue. Stop wasting my time you dumb twat and learn some boxing. And cope with what? I'm a boxing and MMA fan, I don't have a dog in this race.

Ok then you're just a thick conspiracy theorist then. Many pro boxing fights look like sparring matches, especially when both fighters are mediocre. I bet you think Conor was also carried right? Every mma fighter than performs over expectations = carried right? What a wonderful world you live in. lul.

And you probably thought Conor did really well against Floyd too, and had no thought to why Floyd was just walking around for a few rounds not doing anything.

Conor won multiple rounds and landed more punches than Canelo so he factually did perform well. Floyd himself said he played it cautious early until Conor gassed out. Thats credit to Conor, not a carry. Cope.
Go watch Marc Castro destroy UFC fighter John Moraga in 2 rounds and drop him with a jab 7 seconds in. That's not a carry and you'll see the difference.
@Kovalev's "Man Bag"

Ah yes so its only a carry when an MMA performs well. Wonderful logic lol.

If this fight didn’t look like an NBA player fooling around in scrimmage against a high schooler to you....... I have no words.

People actually think Cunningham was carrying? Pathetic excuses. The man was trying harder than Mir in there
I just watched the fight and tought it was an obvious carry job. Did not really care about winner as the whole event was a joke.

He factually didnt land more punches than Canelo. And Canelo got a draw on a judges card while Conor got stopped by a man who walked around for 80% of the fight.

If Michael Jordan played you 1 on 1 to a game to 11 and you score 4 points.
You didnt perform well. You performed however he let you perform.

Ye ok a white belt is telling me I don't know the fight game. the weight is hardly relevant in a hw boxing fight, especially when its mainly lard. Under your stupid logic butterbean should have been the GOAT. Keep making excuses which is normal from butt hurt boxing fans who pretend MMA fans are more insecure lol.

Ok sorry Conor landed 111 punched in 10 rounds vs Canelo 117 in 12 rounds and 84 power punches to 73 for Canelo in 12 rounds, in his first boxing match, and he won more rounds, but apparently he didn't do well. Cope lul.

Whenever a boxer does poorly he is carrying someone, like Paulie carrying Artem :)

I thought the two judges had it right in their 60-54 scores. The only round you realistically could've given Mir was round 4 IMO. Cunningham had all the clean punching (not to mention dealt all the damage), was the ring general, and showed some slick defense in there. Mir was getting picked apart and outclassed as expected.

Mir can have the moral victory in going the distance but it was only 6 rounds and his face was all banged up. Eyes swollen. Though Cunningham was lighting him up whenever he let his hands go. He was in cruise control throughout the bout. It just wasn't a very spirited performance. He seemed content to coast against Mir who was the much larger & heavier man in there.
