I'm not a fan of rematches generally myself, but you only need a slight perusal of Sherdog threads to come up with ideas to sell them in Miocic's case. What if Werdum doesn't abandon his cunning ways to run at Stipe like the Charge of the Heavy Brigade? What if Overeem decks Stipe again but doesn't have Pride on the brain and think he's still the guillotine guy? Miocic has been very accommodating in delivering crushing victories that have juuuust that slight question mark to them to feed forum speculations for years.

Meanwhile, for all we know a crushing Francis win and ensuing HW reign quickly peters into stagnation, as potential challengers get less and less willing to sign their names to their death certificate, I mean fight contract.
