Nog has a greater legacy, but when it comes down to the two of them in the cage Mir is the better fighter. That doesn't mean Mir can beat everyone Nog can beat, but he can beat Nog, and that's all that matters.

Oh and to my knowledge Mir has 4 top 10 wins. Nog would have to have 16 top 10 wins to have 4x as many.
