Mini doc about Gillespie's battle against addiction

I used to run my friend's nutrition for his fights and wrestling camps. Blew his knee drilling a takedown he'd done four thousand times before and ended up going down that same path. We lost him almost three years ago.

My friend happened to go with me to a relatives old storage shed. We were just browsing around and he stumbled upon some old pills.

Can't remember what they were called but apparently they were supposed to be really good.

I told him not to mess with them cause they been in there for YEARS !! probably at least 10 years.

Anyways he insisted and tucked them and refused to toss em. Next day I got the bad news from his brother.

He died in his sleep.. cant help but to think the old expired pills killed him.

OD was what they said but don't know specific details
