The nose, eyes, and ears look different.

The first picture shows no evidence of a neck tattoo on the back or front of the neck. He also has earring/gauges, second guy doesn't appear too. Second guy looks like he has some cauliflower ear on his right ear, first guy does not.


Cauliflower ear > dumb wrestler Trump supporter > right wing plant confirmed.
