I don't know if you've ever looked into it, but you should look up the visible minority legislation where Canadian businesses are encouraged and even motivated to hire visible minorities. The legislation specifically denies equal status to European Caucasians. Further to this, it makes special mention that Arab Caucasians are not part of the European Caucasian status and are still visible minorities just like blacks, Asians, Hispanics and Latinos. This legislation (from the 1960s) was deemed racist by the UN even, but Canada still keeps it. This is thread-worthy stuff I'm telling you.

I don't know about this specific event, but Soros and his network of NGO's get involved in destabilization projects (Ukraine, European migrant situation) and also finance groups like BLM and general push various cultural Marxist and open border ideologies.
