Definitely. I was being flippant about the lifestyle point even though it's true that when we're liberated, we are LIBERATED (!!!). I certainly wasn't brought up in a, "oh yeah, go be gay!" type of family or environment. Truth is, he enjoys living in liberal SoCal with a strong gay community and the protections provided for him there.
