Mike Tyson & Holly Holm React To Ronda's Suicide Comments

Tyson and Holly have a fighter's heart. Ronda hasn't shown she does. To contemplate suicide after your first loss shows how out of whack her priorities are. A true champ rolls with the punches and shouldn't call it a day after losing for the first time.

Oh, and War Tyson !

What is Holly supposed to say to that? I feel embarassed they are even asking her. I feel worse for every fighter that loses and gets cut, and can't pay their own bills anymore because of it.

This is nonsense.

I like their responses. Not sure what people expected from this.

Talking about a suicide on a TV simply cause you lost a fight is ridiculous.

Would she kill herself before she was a champ or it changed her so much that now she can't live without fame and that stupid belt?

I haven't watched the Ellen interview, but I heard a short clip on the radio this morning. What I heard was Ronda saying that immediately after the fight while still in her corner she felt like her life was over and was suicidal and then she saw Travis and realized she wanted to have his babies and live. Was there more to it than that, or was that the extent of the "suicidal" comments?

Holly can't be wasting time talking about this shit, she has another DNB to take care of on March 5th

Let's make believe Tyson never contemplated suicide.

Damn, this woman is what young women in athletics should strive to be.

It just shows how mentally and emotionally immature and unstable she is, especially with her comment of "without this I am nothing". I just hope she's mentally prepared for a 2nd consecutive loss. She really needs to consider acting and modeling rather than being a fighter.

That should be more than enough to be recommended for a mental evaluation by professionals.

Lets make believe Tyson wasn't a former street mugging drug addict who went to prison on a (possibly bogus) rape charge and didn't have a whole other world of problems Rousey never could begin to understand.

gotta love Mike

"You ever have bad thoughts after a loss?"

Mike: I have bad thoughts after a win!

That is what I thought as well. I wondered if it just the immediate response to being embarrassed because from that context I've heard quite a lot of people that say that right after being through an embarrassing experience but they weren't serious about it.

Sher better fucking buy back every single copy of "My fight your fight" or whatever bullshit it was. Along with a personalized apology.
