We all know that Mike Goldberg is a shocking commentator, it's hard to hate the guy because he seems like a friendly old uncle who cannot stop talking about the one time he went to see a Giants game. Fact is, the guy is bad at his job.

It's his job to know the sport, and the fact that he's actually commentated for other sports also, it's his job to know them also!

To my knowledge he had a 2 game contract to commentate for the NFL, and he was let go after 1 game because he reacted badly on Twitter to abusing fans. I've heard the commentary and it was pretty shoddy.

The guy makes mistakes, or a silly irrelevant comments almost every show, but this one took the biscuit!

Reggie Bush pops up on screen and he says something to the affect of... "and look who else is in the house, one of the best, of all time, Reggie Bush!"

I hope some NFL fans read this thread and agree or vent with me, because even though it's not an MMA related complaint of his knowledge. That's it, I'm done with this man... I want him gone!

Opinions? lol.

He's an idiot, but he has left us with soo many hilarious moments.

As and English man who is Reggie Bush?
Never heard of him.

He might be a dumbass but he is our dumbass.

Bro, you actually listen to what Goldy says?...Sh!t is just background noise to me.

I want to kick his ass when he says no touch. Stfu bitch we clearly see they didnt gloves.

Okay, Reggie Bush was a hyped guy who came out of college, was a good player and has dwindled into absolute obsecurity where he cannot even hold down a starting role in any team of any quality. He's essentially an underachiever and a hype-job.

Essentially he's like a Theo Walcott, or Jack Wilshere. Theo meant to be the new Henry and Jack to be future England captain and was called world-class at 18 lol.

Yeah, so Mike called Jack Wilshere one of the greatest of all time essentially - laughable!

My favourite dumb comment from him on Saturday.....was "Conor McGregor, probably the most famous person in the world".......or something along those lines. He's a meathead.

A guy who couldn't make a living by carrying a football and boinking a Kardashian girl

In the Holly/Tate fight towards the end he said Both women are about 2 minutes away from going the distance the 1st time.
Something related to that stupidity, as if 1 of them was going to leave.

Long story short. He's an NFL football player.

Couldn't agree more, Saturday it seemed like Goldberg and Joe were commentating from completely different rooms.

Joe would be talking about the fight and Mike would start spouting some inane shit about a fight that happened years ago or Jon Jones reach statistics.

I don't usually notice it, but during 196 I found myself thinking more than once, please, just shut the fuck up for a minute

Get out of there Alan, don't let him do this!

“Travis Lutter is the Michael Jordan of BJJ” – Mike Goldberg
“He wants to get in close to use that reach advantage.” – Mike Goldberg
“If Jardine’s last name were Johnson, the nickname Dean of Mean would make no sense.” – Mike Goldberg
"Tito taking a book out of Chuck's chapter." – Mike Goldberg
"his precision is so…precise" – Mike Goldberg
"cold stone, i tell ya what, steve austin" – Mike Goldberg
"He has fantastic muay pie" – Mike Goldberg

I don't understand why this guy is still around.
But I don't really care. Love him for the Lol he bring.
