God I wish we lived in a world where this guy got the respect he deserves from fans. If he was 5'8 even and wrecking the LW division he'd be a draw. But he's 5'3 and even a super fight with Cruz would only headline a fox card. If he was 6' he'd be a millionaire many times over and a big draw. Damn life ain't fair. Dana ain't ever gonna pay this guy real money.

It's unfortunate but it doesn't make financial sense to pay him more than they already do. His PPV's do very poorly. Without the UFC apparatus and a somewhat strong undercard behind him, he would probably only average TNA numbers, if that.

Mighty mouse vs Cruz should be one of theach most talked about fights I agree, however they're both smAller than average so people look down on them (literally).

Personally I can't wait for the rematch gonna be epic to see how Cruz deals with MM speed and more well rounded game this time round

I wish I was a little bit taller. I wish I was a baller. I wish I had a girl who looked good; I would call her.

Its all good man, we (and DJ) all know he's the best!! Regardless of height.

No way either of them would agree to that being a Fox main event.

DJ specifically.
well the return of cruz against TJ was on fox. maybe co main of a card, but unfortunately in he real world: MM vs cruz is not a ppv ME that does more than 300K PPV. hell lawler vs condit did less than 400K. sad but true.

DJ just needs to take some WWE shit talking classes and find some corny gimmick that will attract those casual fans.

Do you realize it's impossible for a 6'0 human body to do all the things this 5'3 guy does? Just like how ants can support 5000 times their body weight but bigger animals sure as hell can't? You have no idea how good or shitty DJ would be if he was bigger because no one knows how a bigger body would react when the brain tells it to bounce all over the place like that for 5 rounds.

They should make him co-main event every Conor or rousey show

Mighty mouse is so Disney. I would not watch it even if I were a kid and it's a cartoon.
He has such a unique blend of great character and weak charisma it's unfortunate and funny at the same time.
Don't get me wrong I love the guy as a person and as a fighter.
But he is so uninteresting that it's becoming amusing :D

MM just needs more first round finishes. Trust me, with 3-4 finishes in a row like he did to Cejudo he would be a star. People just want to see violence. Those fights with Bagautinov and Horiguchi were kinda boring, he needs more Benavidez/Cejudo TKOs to make a bigger name.

I think DJ is very high level but Joe Rogan hyped him too much and now people think he's the best p4p... did people forget that he is not even undefeated, and that he is not in the strongest weight class?

he's not doing any super fights and there is nobody in his division left. if he didn't have fans when he beat everybody, how's he going to get fans now with nobody left to fight
