Most people probably expected JJ to destroy OSP quick and MM vs Cejudo to go to a Decision. MM is a straight beast! P4P king until Jones can beat DC again.

The only people who do not admit how good he is at this point are those weirdos who use the word "manlet" on the internet. The ones who look like Brenden Dassey from Making a Murderer.

You are trying too hard

MM's performance exceeded my expectations. Jones fought almost flawlessly, but it somehow just wasn't impressiv. I think the real disappointment came when Jones had him mounted in the 4th or 5th minute of the 3rd (maybe 4th)
rd and couldn't put him away.

A lot of DJ haters do use manlet a lot lol

Both opponents were not top competition to the champs.

Listen to the journalists people knew Cejudo was getting the shot because of his Gold Medal. He didn't even have an impressive run to the title shot.

OSP is a tricky athletic strong late replacement.

Jones had a long lay off. He gets a pass for not finishing from me.

Not making any judgements on P4P off either of these fights.

Well, that's not completely true...there's simply no other new contenders and couldn't risk him losing to someone we already seen MM destroy and beat.

I thought this would be yet another easy title defense against an unproven fighter with a record that isn't indicative of how good he is.

He beat basically no one to get the shot against MM.

I think Dodson and Joe B would both easily beat Cejudo as well.

He is a manlet. But that being said a 205 pound 6 foot dj beats any fighter in the world

That double leg push MM did when Cejudo got him to the ground, that pushed Cejudo right up into the air and then MM got up, holy shit was that ever amazing.

Yes the dude is difficult to hold down and if u watched the second dodson fight when dodson got him against the cage and he liek climbed onto dodsons hips and started dropping elbows that was beauty. If it was any weighclass other then 125 people would of been blowing up about it

That dude kinda looks like a chubby Cody Fister.

Jones only argument for #1 is he hasn't truly been defeated in a fight. DJ looks like the most well-rounded fighter right now.

Big deal. A midget beat on another midget. You can't take him seriously when he scampers mouse-like through the referee's legs and makes it look like Hornswoggle crawling beneath Andre the Giant. Skill doesn't mean anything if no one wants to pay to see him. MM co-main equals piss break. MM main event equals time to leave early so you don't get stuck in traffic.
