UFC isn't going to let it happen.

If they wouldn't do catchweight for Rousey when she was willing to do it for Gina Carano, they sure as hell aren't going to allow this.

That wasn't the issue, RR REFUSED to budge on weight for a "cheater". Of course the UFC wants Cyborg, they just don't have a division for her and her division is pretty much shit. That's money for UFC, they don't care that much for the fighters, they want the big money and Tate isn't even being marketed by the UFC really anyway.
