Gall's whole point about Punk not shaking his hand was that you respect the people you fight against. So him disrespecting Punk's effort would be a direct contradiction.

Punk was just trying to get under Gall's skin with the same method all kinds of Pro fighters use... so it's not a big deal Punk didn't shake his hand.... but Gall wouldn't be able to stand by what he said, if he turned around & disrespected Punk in the same way.

As a transplant from Manchester to the US, I can tell you by biscuit they mean Scone (plain), and by gravy they mean, well, kinda like gravy, but in this sense it's usually a white gravy with chopped up sausage mixed in.

They don't really have anything here comparable to an actual real biscuit, like a digestive or that. They just have cookies, and no amount of fighting with my wife will ever convince me to refer to a digestive as a cookie.

Never give in lad, can you actually get digestives over there though or are you surviving on care packages?

Whike Punk tried to alpha Gall by giving him advice after the fight, Gall should have walked away mid sentence. Punk didn't shake his hand and no doubt Punk would have never thought about Gall's wellbeing had the fight gone the other way. This speech wasn't about Punk helping Gall, it was about Punk desperately scurrying to restore his own dignity after being embarrassed.

I think he was just being himself. People always do dumb shit at weigh ins. It draws attention. Pretty sure they both respect each other at the end of the day. They did step into the cage against each other after all.
