I actually think Waterson has a better chance of stealing a title shot from Suarez if Andrade wins. Rose already beat her convincingly, both standing and grappling.

That would require Rose not having given an interview where she responded to criticism about her inactivity by JJ and saying she has no interest in being that type of champion. It would require that Rose not have teased fighting Andrade after KO/TKOing JJ and then only agreeing to fight the rematch she was a shoe in to win (styles, short turnaround after a brutal TKO, mental edge etc.) then after that claiming there was no clear contender. Then there was her publicly ducking the Claudia fight before facing JJ.

Yes everything you say is true. It just requires that we ignore Rose's history in its entirety.

There is no evidence of that. Joanna is a fan favorite but not a NA PR/Marketing favorite. All of her PR/Marketing is aimed at Poland. Which honestly it should be and it's the smartest thing she ever did.

The only thing JJ has going for her is the very fact that she does her PR/Marketing in Poland and in the ESPN Era the UFC has given up to some degree on NA and is moving to try and expand primarily in overseas markets. What's working against JJ is that the UFC already tried to expand into Poland, stupidly, and got cucked by KSW and their own greed.

Will see how things play out but ultimately they really want Weili as champ. It's by far their biggest future potential market. Rose is a headache, JJ physically hasn't been able to make the weight without killing herself since Valerie and that already got exposed. There's nothing there. They gonna try to use her like they used Silva. Worked like a charm vs Valentina.

Suarez should be next if she beats Ansaroff. If Ansaroff somehow pulls off a win then I wouldn’t be too upset if Michelle jumped the line. Michelle should be fighting Zhang for the next shot after Suarez.

I'm saying Rose is not going to take a fight vs Tatiana, Weili or anybody else in the top 10 without either getting retirement money which is not happening in the ESPN Era or taking significant amount of time off so long as she doesn't get stripped. So long as there is a possibility of an easier matchup she takes that. The rest of my comment is giving historical context to prove she has no interest in fighting often, takes full advantage of matchup/political situations to her benefit (back when the UFC thought she would be the next Ronda) while playing contenders off against each other as she smartly sits back and waits. Frankly I don't think she is even remotely that intelligent. She is just doing what Pat and Wittman tell her and they are in turn just taking full advantage of the situation.

I'm simply saying you have to try and see this from Rose and her team's perspective. I'm giving my opinion on what facts we do have since I paid attention to most of it. Doesn't mean I'm right.
