I hope Michelle Waterson doesn't get injured doing those exercises. Loaded back hyperextensions and sissy squats are not recommended exercies I'd suggest due to the unnatural arch of the lumbar of the former and considerable stress on the knee with the latter exercise. She should stick with stiff-legged deadlifts and regular squats instead.
