Harry Potter star Sir Michael Gambon has died

Actor Sir Michael Gambon has died peacefully in hospital aged 82, according to his family.

He is best known for playing Hogwarts headmaster Dumbledore in a number of the Harry Potter films.

Damn, that sucks. I was always torn over which Dumbledore depiction I preferred between his and Richard Harris’ but after a recent binge of the series with my wife I’ve finally moved over to preferring Gambon’s.
