Media Michael Bisping's face after fighting Anderson Silva

The knee wasn't. It was before but with only enough time to deliver a quick punch. Maybe all it would take was one accurate shot to finish the fight though.

After re-watching i don't even think theres a time for a quick punch.

Um wtf are you talking about LoL Bisping had backed up to the fence because he had lost his Mouthguard. Prior to that he Anderson in all sorts.

Actually he was at the fence when he lost the mouthpiece. It ain’t like he simply dropped it out of his mouth. He was under attack when it happened.

Nope he lost it prior to that. Again watch the fight.

You know the fight is free on YouTube. You can no shit look it up now and fast forward to that point in the 3rd round. But here you go, since you wanna be hardheaded. Mouthpiece dropped at 16:21

Watched it an my opinion has not changed. He loses it before he reaches the fence as he moves back and Anderson then goes forward. He circles left appealing to Herb and Anderson moves in with the knee.

Anderson had Bisping dead to rights and didn't pounce on him.

Then Weidman got hurt and Bisping got his rematch against Rockhold.

Both of these situations enabled Bisping to have the worst title reign ever.
Better than yours ,and better than cuckholds

5 seconds before the mouthpiece falls out, the commentator literally says, “Bisping trying to fight his way off of the fence”. That’s at 16:17, mouthpiece falls out at 16:22 Lmao. If I was wrong, I’d admit it; it’s not the end of the world ya know.

People like to imply that Anderson fell off a cliff, but he really didn't. I know the Brunson win was a robbery, but you also could've given him the Bisping fight, and then he was very game for the Adesanya fight and had some moments. It wasn't until after that one that he really deteriorated.

And no, I don't hold losing to prime Cormier on one day's notice against him in the slightest.
Well he's winning boxing matches so no, never fell off a cliff. But the guy who won the two Sonnen fights was, to my mind, not in the same magical condition (as much) as who he was prior. He was still magical, mind you. But he was starting to age, like all humans. By the times you're talking about he was, to me, a shadow of his former self. But still not fallen off a cliff. Went the distance with Izzy and such. And is winning boxing matches today at 67 yrs of age.

Yes, I'm kidding. Anderson will always be a magical human. But even magical humans deteriorate with age.

Not even sure AS gets the third as a 10-8, he was still outstruck for that round and only got the knock down in the last 5 seconds. 10-8 should be a much more dominant round than that
Updated rules say damage is the ultimate decider between 10-8 and 10-9 rounds. Silva basically knocked out his opponent and won the fight. You can't do more damage than knocking your opponent out.

Now at that time it wasn't a 10-8 but if the fight happened nowadays it would've been.

He was knocked down not knocked out though. Or do we give 10-8 just based purely on knock downs now?

Andy shoulda retired befire the weidmen fights

weird view point.. do you mean above average UFC fighter? Even then I guess you would be right.. He was well above average...

Michael Bisping was litterally top ten from 2008 to 2017, and fought for two championship eliminators before he got his shot.. Hell.. if the Rashad decision went his way he would likely have fought for a belt at 205 instead of moving down to 185... I know he has haters.. but a "above average fighter nothing more" doesn't stay in the top 10 of the world for a decade... unless you think that the average fighter is the UFC top 5... weird thing to say.
When you’re from England you get favourable matches

I know the rhetoric.. just disagree... He should have beat Rashad... who two fights later was the UFC LHW champ... He beat everyone else other than look at this list... Dan Henderson(top 3 greatest LHW and MW fighters of all time?, Wanderlei Silva (weird fight), Chael Sonnen(many scored it for Bisping) , Vitor Belfort (TRTitor), Prime Luke Rockhold about to get the belt, and GSP when he was blind... besides I am not even calling Bisping some kind of all time great... I argued with the guy that called him "only an above average fighter"... hell I have had a 3 and 1 amateur record over a decade ago... I am an above average fighter... wtf does that mean.

Exactly good fighter but not an all time great. Favorable and/or career making matchups his whole UFC stint just cuz he's British. There are many good fighters that don't get the same treatment and they look far worse while actually being at the same level. It's just like the Connor situation
