I'm posting to see if I'm the only user with this problem, or if they decided to try and screw everybody: I ordered the underground event which was listed at $5.99, but they billed my credit card $25.47. I complained about it on Friday night via email and was told that they were too busy making sure the event would air online, but they would get back to me later. 4 days later, they haven't gotten back to me and haven't refunded the cost minus the $5.99 match fee. I complained today asking when I would get my money back and was told: We apologize for the inconvenience. Your cancelation request has been sent to our billing department, and will be processed as soon as possible. Thank you. Is this an isolated incident or are they being scumbags, billing everybody for stuff they didn't order, hoping they can make money on people who don't complain about the charges?
