The picture is cartoonic in nature for a few reasons. Stipe has a huge ass head. The OP is short but has ridiculously large arms and chest that isn't designed for someone of 5'5, and to top it off his head looks small. It kind of mirrors the time Overeem was pushing close to 300 LBS so it made his head look small as shit.

OP what is your arm size? Srs. I'd say they are 18.+ inches.
