They agreed to €50MM in late August then it goes to €70MM and kaput, Barca gives up.
Coutinho goes to €200MM and THEN Barca gives up.
Messi is thinking WTF. If Coutinho is not available then at least 'splurge' a third of the price to get a proven team mate with Messi. I don't think Coutinho is better than Dimaria...and this is what pisses off Messi. The greatest revenge is to play out the year and leave on free transfer. €70MM for Dimaria was all that was needed.
*I think Messi should play Man City for 2 yrs than go to China for some silly money, like $600MM til retirement.
