I've seen great athletes with shockingly good cardio. I was a wrestler and saw some guys that go through 2 hr practices without slowing down. The whole camp needs to be tested, they appear to be lifetime cheaters, starting at very young ages. This is a 20 yr. old who trains heavy cardio for MMA, in the same camp -

Google it, you're in for a treat. You're going to find dozens (hundreds?) of youtube videos showing the incident and you'll love all of them.

O'Malley swaggered into the cage like a rockstar, took off his Thriller jacket and then tossed it dismissively onto Merab so he could get face to face with Sterling to call him out for a title fight (O'Malley wasn't wearing a shirt for some reason). Merab, instead of getting butthurt at being treated like that, put on O'Malley's jacket and then got in between O'Malley and Sterling.

(I wish I could find a pic that showed Merab's shit-eating grin -- it was ear-to-ear as he waited for O'Malley to notice.)


After the face-off, O'Malley was standing around looking for his jacket, looking like a complete dumb-ass, as Merab stood right there. Finally, he realized what had happened and tried to brawl with Merab for punking him.

Spotlight utterly destroyed, completely fucking up the UFC's staged attempt to make O'Malley look like a bad-ass and rockstar of MMA.
