Well he got through Yan time and time again. Merab is relentless I see him just having his way with O’Malley after he tires him out. He will get alot of takedowns I think he’s a nightmare for anyone. Can O’Mallwy defend 40-70 takedowns in one night.

Merab is definitely more dangerous with wrestling. He wouldn't give any space besides the first 20 seconds. Sean KOs him or he spams TDs. Sean is pretty good at distance so maybe he circles away and doesn't give Merab a chance. I think Merab is a better challenge than Chito, who is more of a softball defense.

Everyone that has fought Merab knew exactly what was coming, including Yan. I like O'Malley, but I think Merab dusts him. Then again, I said the same thing about Aljo, so what do I know lol.

It's the fight that probably should happen and would be marketable but they don't wanna promote Merab as a champ. Understandable to be honest.

If Merab tries to spam takedowns like he did last time he will get knocked out. That fight caught Yan and the MMA community off guard. We've never seen someone hit the spam button like that before. It was like a little brother spamming the down button in Mortal Kombat 2 and beating the older brother once.

Whether it is Sean or whatever high level fighter Merab competes with next, that spam shit won't work again. Granted, I was very impressed with his cardio.

I see a lot of cope right now and haters leaning on Merab as their only hope to beat O'Malley. I see a knee right up the middle and a KO.

Merab is smart though, he won't do the spam game against O'Malley. The truly elite strikers (Anderson, Izzy, O'Malley, Peirera, Leon etc....) freeze wrestlers and grapplers. Rightfully so.

I always love seeing strikers win belts.

Merab will be able to take O’Malley down easier than he took Yan down. Yan was able
to take O’Malley down fairly easily.
Besides this Yan got ripped against O’Malley he should have got the decision and beat O’Malley. That was a shit decision.
