If women were physically stronger than men, then:
- God would have created woman in her own image
- Holy books would have been written by women
- Men would wear the burka
- Men would make less than women
- Men would have needed and amendment to grant them the right to vote

And the list goes on. Makes me wonder how the world would be if women were physically stronger.

I think women's ability to give birth, and the hormonal factors and vulnerabilities that come with it, is a more important factor than their upper-body strength.

Given the ability to give birth, if women were still much taller and much more muscular than men ( this assumes men would not have had the testosterone levels, but women would have had that to account for the larger mass and physical strength), then I still see them as being in power.

Edit:
History is clear. The strong rule the weak.

You threw a laugh out loud my way. So now I am wondering.

Are you saying that when women give birth, they become physically weak? Permanently? Or were you saying they become mentally weak? Permanently? Or some combination thereof?

As recently as the mid-1800s 6% of births in the UK (for an example) resulted in the death of the mother. Combine that with 6-ish months of diminished capability during the pregnancy, and about a month of the same following the birth and you don't have the makings of the dominant sex, however strong they happen to be.
When 1/10 women are going to die performing the bare minimum of the most important task they're capable of, it would be exceedingly impractical for them to be in charge.
Now you want to give them testosterone to explain their increased physical strength? I don't know how that would impact their ability to bear young, but I do know that it would lead to more women getting into fatally violent conflicts, further diminishing the ability of the species to propagate itself.
One dead woman is a greater loss to the species than one dead man. Historically, male dominance is a direct result of female importance.

I don't know, but I'd guess that in the reality you present, we'd probably have gone extinct.
Now, I'm done, 'cos I've already taken this question far more seriously than I should have.

Oh wow. I mentioned Testosterone for the feeble-minded. For those minds that could not possibly grasp women being physically stronger than men in my hyperthetical. I had to give those minds some sort of notion to grab a hold on.

As for your stats, who cares? In my hyperthetical, every country, or empire would face the same stats, so it all balances out.

Maybe you have a feeble mind. Perhaps you cannot grasp this single issue of my thread. That's the strong conquer the weak. That the strong make the rules for the weak to follow.

If women were wrong, then men would be wearing burkas. It would have had female priests for centuries while men would have taken the role as the nun.
