Watched that at college on our dorm floor with the only black kid on the floor and he hadn’t seen it before. This was week 1 so no idea how he’d react and I coming from a tiny rural white town, I was admittedly uncomfortable

He thought it was fucking hilarious start to finish. He also got us in trouble when naming all our intramural hall teams. My favorite was “9 and a half whities” for basketball. We actually had to go talk to the athletic Dean about that, where Tobe kept having to say it was his idea and he thought it was funny and no he wasn’t pressured by us. His mom was black, Dad white (ha broken stereotype) hence the half that made it better.

He dropped out of school and is still trying to become a rapper :/ so not all broken stereotypes there
