They allow upto five firearms per citizen. No assault rifles. And you have to register every weapon with the government in a national registry.





Switzerland : historically responsible neutral law abiding with strong civic sense population with low crime.
Hence they don't mind RESPONSIBLE citizens owning guns under strict gun control laws and registration.
These citizens are actually almost all army trained conscripted soldiers. An ACTUAL militia. Not like your 4 fat fucks with an AR15 and matching beer helmets who decide to form their own militia.
Even then their gun ownership rate is a fourth of the US.

And their constitution does NOT require them to own guns. It requires actively serving soldiers to keep their assigned weapons at home. No ammunition though. They gotta store that in gubment facilities !!! The horror !!!
Also they don't have a problem of multiple school shootings with double digit fatalities happening every single fucking year.

I don't really believe the NRA's ideology has much to do with mass shootings. The spike in mass shootings is a new thing.
