I live in HB. We never had a homeless problem, needles, shit on the streets, they elected a mostly Left leaning City Council and the place immediately went to hell. Yep, it's screwed. I am looking at Orange Beach, Alabama (right on the Florida Border), and Meridian Idaho as two new places. I will likely buy two new houses and bail out.
