I think Hitler memes are funny and that Hillary should be in prison.
But they need to be at least sort of historical or political accurate to work.

The Nazi party didn't force anyone they were almost done after the failed putsch. He was just eligible for Parole after a year according to the judgment.
The judge in the case as many judges at the time still dated back from the Kaiserreich and was sympathetic to Hitler's cause.
The Bavarian government just wanted to have the case go away quickly because of the involvement of Roehm and the Reichswehr in the putsch.
When Hitler came up for Parole they tried to deport him to Austria. But Austria argued that he lost his Austrian citizenship by serving in the German Army.
