Crazy thing is, anyone with any analytical acumen (no, not me, but I do enjoy noticing things, far lack of a better way of putting it) could glean a huge amount of imformation about the individual from this blurry mess of a plea for help from the investigators that could help someone who know this piece of shit identify him; if they wanted to help.
