That’s what I was thinking
There's some major red flags with this story, based purely off his description :
First, he must have had one or many priors. No one gets sentenced to a decade on their first offense for assault, even if it is of a child.
Second, he's obviously leaving out multiple details as to explain why he was arrested by the police, charged by the DA, it passed the grand jury, went all the way through a trial, was found guilty by 12 jurors, and the judge who knew everything about the evidence not presented in court.... Sentenced him to a decade in prison.
Not buying he's being 100 for a second.
