I didn't say any of that. Tariffs are a way of shoring up a specific sector of your economy, that's it. Every nation does it. But the scalpel gets more results than the chainsaw.

Just over a week ago left-wingers were saying we were entering an economic depression at best and an economic apocalypse the west would never recover from at worst.

The market recovered practically immediately, and now we have actual free trade with 50+ countries we previously didn't, and the left-wingers are now gasping at straws to make it seem its a giant L for Trump.

Like saying it was all insider trading for Trump's internal circle to get the market down so they could buy stock on the cheap...



And now Trump is making some exceptions for the China tarrifs or a few products.... out of the hundreds of thousands of products that still have tarrifs.
