Not really. High-functioning Psychopaths can and do learn how to pass for normal. Indeed, contrary to the stereotype, many are not violent criminals. They find careers - medicine, law enforcement, finance etc - where their lack of empathy makes them highly successful.

I see these sorts of videos and I realize I would have no issue if either of those young men got shot as a consequence of their actions. Absolutely no issue whatsoever. Not even interested in them outgrowing the behavior or suffering some other less potentially fatal consequence.
