The whole story is hilarious. Guy won an election surprisingly after being boosted via TikTok. Current President declassified material showing there was co-ordination through a "state actor" (aka Russia) boosting Georgescu. Courts took the info and annulled the election essentially causing a do-over. Then 2 weeks later it came out that the "state actor" was Romania's National Liberal Party trying to prop up a weak candidate against them. Of course, the current president that declassified this info used to run the National Liberal Party but shockingly didn't declassify that they were involved (not Russia).

It's such brazen corruption.
