To be fair (and to put it in auto service terms), far more of that cost is "service" than "parts." You're paying for the team of surgeons, anesthesiologist, etc., all the medications involved, the recovery room and all the nurses/staff involved in that side of it - not to mention any costs associated with extracting and preserving the heart until it can be transplanted.

It's nowhere near is simple as "buy a dead guy's heart and pop it into someone else."
