Yup, it's not an A.I. doctored photo. 90% chance it's 100% real.
Oh boy... the questions I have...
Hey Strych,
I PM'd you the details to an important tool at www.tineye.com for verifying the provenance of an image but didn't receive a reply so I'm not sure if you read it. It was very important to shoopers way back when I was in that pre-scene for finding higher res source photos. One of the important things it can do is rank the image search results by date posted, allowing the user to find the earliest occurence of an image. It also shows results of an unaltered original image it you search using a shoop.
Seems you followed up without me after deleting my final post showing these results it the thread where you posted this image at least 3x, so in response to these two quoted posts I wanted to reshare the results here and tag in @Mr Holmes since you were replying to him for some reason.
Your image, first appears on 8/9/22
You sourced from Matt Marquardt's web blog NIT
Initial source is Twitter user kingbullysyo:

I suppose your searching the image to see if it's AI generated is to be commended somewhat, but of course shoops are not AI and generally are predominantly made up of unshooped, original pixels. You used the wrong tool here, but I hope you can make good use of this Tineye site, peace!
