Not saying it's the case here but I've learnt in American politics a bill can be called the "bill for saving babies and cute puppies" but hidden away in there is 50 billion for Israel and weapons for Islamic rebels

Fair point, but was a very short bill. If it was actually brought up in the senate, I am sure Lindsay Graham would be adding in some war funding language
