For gods sake... The FBI neglected to go after Biden for his documents mishandling because he was old and senile.

When was that ever a defense?

And if he's "competent" to run for re-election (debatable), then he's competent enough to face the same charges as Trump.

But outside of the embarrassment being called old and senile, Biden walked away scott free on the classified documents situation.

The FBI neglected to go after Biden AND Pence because when they found out they had the documents, they called the FBI and told them to come get them. They were both searched and investigated, and they both fully complied.

Lying to the FBI is a federal offense, in conjunction with willfully withholding TS/SCI material when asked to return them. Like Trump did.

Btw, your argument isn't really that the charges aren't legit; you're upset that someone else did something illegal and got a pass on it.
