Imagine if there was a plan like 'Here's a free Katana, kill 10 other homeless people with katanas, and win a free house.'

What we don't tell them is it basically fixes the homeless issue, and that the house they're given is in Detroit.

If they don't want to live out their Fight Club fantasies, they can kill 10 more Detroit slumlords with katanas, they can get a better house.

This could become a trend.
