I don't know about that, the newer mustangs are making 460HP from the factory. Personally I'd prefer the F150 with 5.0 mustang motor. A set of headers, some high flow cats and convert to actual dual exhaust, plus a 93 octane tune and you have a 500 HP kick ass truck that's still reliable as fuck. And for an extra 8K you can slap on a supercharger and have a 750HP reliable kick ass truck that you can still pull a trailer with or bring home a fridge.Double joke on him since the Mustang is a lady's car anyway...
You’re going to actually haul a fridge around if you want to put all that power on the ground; it’s been my experience with high hp pickups that they are mostly tire-fryers unless they have drag slicks on them.I don't know about that, the newer mustangs are making 460HP from the factory. Aaaaaaaaand you can smoke the majority of the cars on the street.
Definitely need to do some suspension work, few sand bags in the bed and a set of micky thompson street slicks. But it's so much easier to get in and out of than a sports car. You’re going to actually haul a fridge around if you want to put all that power on the ground; it’s been my experience with high hp pickups that they are mostly tire-fryers unless they have drag slicks on them.
Agreed, just referencing original intent. Same has been argued for the Corvette lol.I don't know about that, the newer mustangs are making 460HP from the factory. Just buy a small block 6.2 Chevy, no mods, 420hp and have a truck that kicks ass stock and go about your business...I don't know about that, the newer mustangs are making 460HP from the factory.
