Cracks me up that these reporters who take themselves so seriously with their very practiced voice, dress so professionally, perfect touch of gray hair. Most police services (in Canada at least) have no pursuit policies for motorcycles because of this. Him wrecking, forcing him to wreck, hitting a dead end, and maybe running out of gas are the only potential outcomes. Someone who's putting that kind of effort, while risking his chick's life is not likely to have a change of heart.
