I think he was going in that direction before getting with Disney. His wife is a woke feminist with the typical stupid feminist takes.

Looking back at his angry (but funny) bits in the past, you can get an idea of his personal life with her. She spouts her nonsense, acts entitled, disrespects him and instead of putting her in her place, he just takes it and later vents his frustration on stage.

I remember finding a blog post from his wife years ago, talking about Burr coming home from being on the road, working, to a sink full of dishes. He called her out since she doesn't have a job and she actually got mad at him for calling her out.
